Forget the state championship. Vail Cienega's girls basketball team had never even made it as far as the semifinals before this season. But Cienega's players, led by junior forward Treyanna Clay, didn't let the big stage scare them Thursday, as No. 3 Cienega held on for a 57-49 victory over No. 10 Scottsdale Saguaro at Jobing.com Arena in Glendale.
