Arizona Diamondbacks' Bobby Wilson says new plate rule 'good idea'

Had the newly approved experimental rule on home-plate collisions existed in 2010, Bobby Wilson's first major-league start might have gone much differently. Wilson, in spring training with the Diamondbacks on a minor-league deal, was in his rookie year with the Los Angeles Angels. In a late-April game against the New York Yankees, he fielded a throw to home as Yankees first baseman Mark Teixeira came rumbling down the third-base line.
