Arizona Cardinals fire strength coach John Lott, release linebacker Jasper Brinkley

The Cardinals made two personnel moves on Friday, firing one assistant coach and releasing a player.John Lott, the team's strength and conditioning coach the last seven seasons, was fired Friday morning. The team also released reserve inside linebacker Jasper Brinkley, who had one year left on a contract he signed last year.
