San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh's personality has evolved over the years

Too many years ago, when Jim Harbaugh was a junior quarterback at Michigan,The Heat Index sat down with him for a one-on-one interview to talk about his team's upcoming matchup with Nebraska in the 1986 Fiesta Bowl. From what we recall, Harbaugh was polite and thoughtful in his answers. He also was vanilla, and probably a little bit bored with answering questions he no doubt had answered many times.
