With national signing day less than a week away, Arizona State is in the final steps of shaping up its 2014 recruiting class, coach Todd Graham's third on the job. Nothing is final until all the paperwork is in, but barring disaster this should end up as Arizona State's finest class of the recruiting-service era, which dates to 2002. As of Wednesday, Scout.com ranked the Sun Devils' 2014 class 10th in the nation. Rivals had them at 16.
