Jessica Draskau-Petersson, Rob Watson win P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Arizona Half Marathons

Canadian Rob Watson surprised few when he sprinted through the final straightaway all alone at the conclusion of Sunday morning's 11th annual P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Arizona 1/2 Marathon. But not everyone expected Denmark's Jessica Draskau-Petersson, who hadn't even tapered for the race, to take the womens crown.
