Danica Patrick laments starting position, won't rule out race against Petty

Danica Patrick's Daytona 500 ended headfirst against the wall after she was caught in a multi-car crash. She had another headache, too: criticism from seven-time NASCAR champion Richard Petty. She starts Sunday's The Profit on CNBC 500 at Phoenix International Raceway with a sore left arm and from a disappointing 33rd position in the No. 10 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet. "I hit my arm in the accident, and it's bruising up a little now," the Scottsdale resident said at PIR. "I iced (it) and worked out the next day. There was a little bit of pain, but more than anything, a lot of pain in my heart, feeling like we were in position for a good finish and having it taken away."
