Steve Kinser, sprint-car racing's most successful driver with 20 World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series championships and over 500 A-feature wins, will make what likely could be his last Arizona start in Saturday night's NAPA Wildcat Shootout at Tucson International Raceway.
