Japan's Hideki Matsuyama, England's Lee Westwood and Ireland's Padraig Harrington are among the early commitments to the 2014 Waste Management Phoenix Open. The tournament is Jan. 30-Feb. 2 at TPC Scottsdale. A field of 132 players will vie for the $6.2 million purse, the $1,116,000 first-place check and 500 FedEx Cup points.
