Phoenix Suns sign Shavlik Randolph, waive Slava Kravtsov

The Suns signed veteran power forward Shavlik Randolph in a move to bolster their frontcourt for the playoff race and possible postseason. To make room for Randolph, the Suns waived seldom-used center Slava Kravtsov.
