Phoenix Suns' Miles Plumlee finally gets due as Rising Star

To recharge for the final two months of the season, Suns center Miles Plumlee had planned to use his only free weekend of his first full season of playing and starting in the NBA to hang out with friends in San Diego. Instead, he gladly will hang out with All-Stars and other NBA honorees in New Orleans.
