DENVER -- While most of the Coyotes were easing back into game mode Thursday after more than two weeks off, Coyotes winger Brandon McMillan didn't have any rust to shake off. "I've had that American League schedule, so I've been on the ice every day," he said. "I haven't really had a day off in the last couple weeks, so I'm fresh."
