Phoenix Suns guard Goran Dragic won't be All-Star reserve

To the surprise of few but the disappointment of at least one -- Suns playmaker Goran Dragic -- NBA Commissioner Adam Silver made it official: Dragic won't be a Western Conference All-Star as an injury replacement for Kobe Bryant of the Lakers, who was voted into the starting lineup by fans. Instead, Silver chose New Orleans big man Anthony Davis Friday.
