Phoenix Central's Kelepi Fifita shows small fish still have shot

Kelepi Fifita did everything wrong when it came to recruiting. He played his entire high school career at Division III Phoenix Central. Central finished 0-10 this season and gave up at least 30 points in eight of the 10 losses.
