BRISTOL, Conn. -- Former star pitcher turned television analyst Curt Schilling has announced that he is battling cancer. Schilling on Wednesday released a statement through his employer, ESPN, saying he plans to "embrace this fight, just like the rest of them, with resolute faith, and head on."
