Germany's Julia Gajer never stopped believing that she could win Ironman Arizona on Sunday, even though she was trailing for most of the 140.6-mile race. Gajer was in third place off the bike, 10 minutes behind the leader, American Meredith Kessler, heading into the final leg of the race. That's when then 31-year-old said she decided to do whatever it took to win.
