Tempe Corona del Sol on track to be top team this year

A decision inside the Arizona Interscholastic Association's office a week before the start of the boys basketball season has Tempe Corona del Sol going from the best team in Arizona to among the better teams in the nation. That is how impactful senior big man Connor MacDougall can be for the two-time defending Division I champions, who already returned Big Schools Player of the Year Casey Benson and power forward Cassius Peat, and welcomed top Alaska wing Dane Kuiper to the warmer climate.
