Phoenix Coyotes goalie Thomas Greiss starts, gets hook after 4 Anaheim Ducks goals

The Coyotes don't appear to be on the cusp of a goaltending controversy, but they didn't call on No.1 Mike Smith to start in the finale of a seasonlong six-game homestand Saturday against the NHL's best, the Anaheim Ducks. Instead, they went with backup Thomas Greiss, whose play before the game had made the case for more playing time.
