The Coyotes probably weren't complaining when the Columbus Blue Jackets were assigned to the Eastern Conference this season following realignment. Despite being a non-playoff team the last four seasons, the Blue Jackets haven't been an easy out for the Coyotes, who went a ho-hum 3-3-1 against Columbus the past two seasons.
