No new collision rules approved by MLB owners yet

On Thursday at the annual Major League Baseball owners' meetings in Paradise Valley, the league offered one of two expected announcements. Expanded replay was in. Revised rules on collisions at home plate? That's a work in progress. There's still hope to have new guidelines in place by the start of the 2014 season, though.
