NFL coaches need to win immediately

These days, the shelf life of an NFL head coach is about as short as that carton of Greek yogurt in the back of your fridge. Last year, eight head coaches were fired. This season, seven more were toe-tagged. The Browns are conducting their second coaching search in as many years, so that means 14 franchises (44 percent of the NFL) will have changed coaches over the two years.
