ASU women's basketball takes down Washington in Pac-12 play

SEATTLE -- Katie Hempen came off the bench to score a dozen points to lead No. 24 Arizona State to a 78-60 win over Washington in a Pac-12 Conference contest Sunday afternoon, returning to its winning ways against the Huskies. Washington swept ASU last year, but had lost 15 of 16 games before that and now has lost 16 of its last 19 against the Sun Devils.
